Thank you for shopping at mugcore.com. We want to ensure your high-quality minimalist mugs arrive safely
and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Times
All of our mugs are printed to order with care. Because each item is custom-made for you, production times
must be factored in addition to regular transit times:
Standard Production Time: 2–5 business days.
Orders are not produced or shipped on weekends or major statutory holidays.
During high-volume seasonal periods (such as Father's Day or the holidays), processing times may be
slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We fulfill orders
across both 11oz and 15oz sizes from optimal production facilities to ensure swift transit.

International International Tracked Shipping 10–21 business days

*Please note: Total time to your doorstep = Production Time (2-5 days) + Shipping Transit Time. Delivery delays can
occasionally occur due to custom clearances or regional postal disruptions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has
officially left our printing facility. The tracking number will typically become active and update status within 24
to 48 hours of receipt.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MugCore is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your package during import.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Broken Items
Mugs are fragile, and while we package them in secure, break-resistant inserts, accidents can occasionally
happen during transit. If your mug arrives broken, cracked, or otherwise damaged, please do not worry—we
will replace it right away.
To claim a free replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mugcore.com with:
Your original order number.
A clear photo showing the damage to the mug alongside its packaging.

6. Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our
manufacturing facility due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided by the customer,
the customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs to have the order re-sent.
